About Me

Hello! I’m a Canadian Librarian turned Stay-at-home Mom.
I’m married to the most wonderful man, and mother to my little girl. (19 months).
I love to draw and read (mostly non-fiction), being barefoot, gardening and working on my herbalism courses.
There is no greater scents than a baby fresh from a bath and clothes hung to dry on the line.
I love to bake and all fall I spend time canning and preserving jellies, pickles, jams etc.
Our life is simple, I love it that way and strive to keep it that way.

This Blog is my journal, my thoughts and where I share what I have learned as I travel down this road.

My pseudonym: “PetiteFoi” is french for “little faith.”  It embodies my belief that with even a “little faith” you can do amazing things.

“He said to them, “Because of your little faith. For truly, I say to you, if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you.” Matthew 17:20
Happy Reading!
